Citrix Project, NC


Vintage Real Estate Fund, LLC provided capitalization via a “preferred equity” tranche for the development of the new Citrix headquarters in Raleigh, NC. The project is a 130,000 square foot redevelopment of a historical building within the warehouse district of the Raleigh CBD, which will be the catalytic project and genesis of the global redevelopment efforts of the downtown warehouse district. The building will seek LEED Gold certification, which aligns with Citrix’s focus on energy efficiency and sustainability. The building has been engineered to accommodate 40,000 sq. ft. of expansion space, a self contained 324 space parking deck and approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of street level retail /restaurant space. The facility will house Citrix’s ShareFile division, which currently resides in the Research Triangle Park and will relocate to this new facility upon completion in the first quarter of 2014.
